Today in the Arena Toruń we had a virtual Team Leaders Site Visit with the Member Federations who may come to Toruń for the European Athletics Indoor Championships. Due to the difficult epidemic situation around the world and, above all, for safety reasons we have prepared the presentation containing the most important aspects of the championships.
The representatives of Member Federations participating in the webinar received the most up-to-date informations about the preparations for the event, got to know the venue, hotels, transportation issues, trainings and medical safety plan. The hosts were Paulina Rybak, the LOC Event Coordinator and Mateusz Bosiacki, the Media and Communication Manger. All attendees were virtually welcomed by the President of the Polish Athletic Association Henryk Olszewski and the Mayor of the city of Toruń Michał Zaleski. Additionally, the films presenting Toruń and the Arena Toruń have been displayed. The webinar was attended by almost 50 people, for which we thank you so much!
